Designed, produced, and distributed a 8-page bi monthly newspaper focusing community art projects, music, and events with the goal to uplift marginalized voices and unknown artists. Shifty Gnome News is currently on Issue 05. This is a free offering to the community, distributed free in populated areas of Portland, Oregon. I communicated and managed many independent creatives who contributed to the newspaper
