For the last two years (2022 and 2023) I designed the Employee Appreciation Activation that Tillamook holds for their employees at the end of every summer. This includes hosting three events, one at their Portland office, their Tillamook factory, and Boardman factory.  Each event needed to be equitable and have the same experience for each location.  

I designed the activities, tablescapes, wayfinding, photo backgrounds, get to know you games and gifts. Each event had over 200 guests where they could enjoy a meal, take pictures, play get to you know you games, and get cool Tillamook swag.
